Series and packages:

• All standard laser hair removal packages must include a series of 5 treatments or more and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• All standard LED Healite packages are for 8 treatments and are to be used in a 8 month period
• Whilst every attempt is made, we cannot guarantee the same technician for all treatments.

Consultations:

• Body Recon medical practitioners and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.
• Clients may require consultation and prep (sometimes in the form of treatment or skincare) before treatment.

In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or failure to attend your appointment you may be charged a cancellation fee of a minimum of $50.

• All cosmetic injectable treatments require a script to be made from our Medical Director- Plastic Surgeon Dr Richard Rahdon.
• Cosmetic injectable clients must be considered medically suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (one of our Registered Nurses).
• Complimentary consultations are for a period of 15 minutes or less. For any extended consultation requirements of 15 minutes or greater, additional fees may apply.
• The price per area treated will depend on the amount of product required and the product used for the treatment.
• Advertised prices are based upon our minimum recommended dosage. More units may be required based upon technicians assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary).
• For legal reasons, the product names of anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers cannot be used in advertising by Body Recon. Please contact any of our clinic locations for further details on specific products.
• All treatment packages can only be used by one customer within the one treatment appointment (all at one treatment visit unless approved by management).
